We help people imagine, learn, and collaborate.

We are a facilitation firm that specializes in process design, visualization, sensemaking, and collaborative environments (online and in-person). Co-creation, experimentation, humility, and generosity are at the core of everything we do.

  • We design processes that harness collective wisdom, facilitate trust and mutual learning, and enable collaborative decision-making

  • We use visuals to center conversations, engage complexity, and create alignment

  • We bring disparate data together and curate insights to evolve systems-level understanding and increase sensemaking capacity

  • We reconfigure spaces and environments in order to inspire and accelerate creativity, innovation, and relationship-building
